As an ethical Licensed Builder, Mat Dale has over 20 years experience as a head contractor across all sectors of the building industry including residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Having extensive knowledge in compliance and best practice, Mat is an active Building Consultant providing expert opinions and advisory for matters which proceed to arbitration or litigation through the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), local and district courts. These areas include:

Mat is an Associate Member of the Australian Society of Building Consultants (ASBC) and abides by their Code of Professional Conduct.

Mat is a Registered Building Practitioner under the Design and Building Practitioner scheme in New South Wales.

This allows Mat to prepare documents and make declarations related to building work on a class 2 building or a building with a class 2 part.
